We're paid by the providers, not by you.
There's no fee for the Health Check. If you choose to switch a service, the provider pays us, and we tell you about that before you agree to anything.
We work as a broker, not tied to any one provider, so it's in our interest to find savings you'll actually act on, and to tell you plainly when what you already have is the best option.

Who pays for the Health Check?
Nobody. It's fully funded. If you choose to switch a service, the provider pays us, and we tell you about that before you agree to anything.
What should I have ready?
Whatever you can find: your latest card statement, energy bills, phone and broadband bill and waste invoice. If you can't find them all, we can still start.
How long does it take?
About 30 minutes at your premises. You keep the written report on the day.
Do I have to change anything?
No. The report is yours either way, and you decide what, if anything, to act on. If what you have is already the best option, we'll tell you.
Where do you cover?
Across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, with most visits in South Yorkshire, Manchester, Nottingham and Aberdeen.
